My adventure with the Frénéhard & Michaux Group began in 2014 as a work-study Marketing Assistant for Tubesca-Comabi.

After obtaining my Master’s degree, I was immediately hired on a permanent contract as a product manager. From the moment I arrived, I understood that Frénéhard & Michaux paid particular attention to the development of young recruits by giving them real responsibilities and great prospects for advancement. Currently a digital project manager, I am still very proud to be part of the Group.

I joined Tubesca-Comabi in 2011 as QHSE Manager and am now the Group’s Industrial Director. The last 11 years have flown by. There is never a dull moment, thanks to the diversity of projects and the constant developments and innovations that punctuate our daily lives. Over time, I have seen the company and the Group change and evolve, and I am proud to have been part of everything we have achieved!

I started my career at Gamesystem in 2008 as an assembler. Since 2012, I have been a Technical Sales Representative for the South-West region. What inspires me every day is being part of a Group that is strongly committed to safety when working at height. In my role, I am fortunate to have a very broad and diverse field of work, allowing me to offer solutions tailored to each of my customers, regardless of their sector of activity.

More than ten years ago, I joined SYAM as a Technical Sales Trainer. At the time, it was a small, innovative family business. When it was acquired by the Frénéhard & Michaux Group in 2018, I was initially skeptical: going from 8 to 1,000 employees is impressive! But I quickly discovered that the managers were responsible, focused on people, sustainable development, and business expansion. Values that are essential to me—safety, recognition, listening—are at the heart of the Group’s philosophy.

I began my career at Frénéhard & Michaux over 20 years ago. I have a special attachment to the Group, its values, and its longevity. At every stage, the company has placed its trust in me and allowed me to grow, develop my skills, and take on more responsibility, culminating in my appointment as head of the Roofing & Fasteners Business Unit in January 2020. Today, I am delighted to be able to accelerate Frénéhard’s development and improvement within a supportive and efficient team, while also participating in cross-functional Group projects.

Sharing the meaning behind our actions and being able to act with the trust of customers, employees, and management are a constant source of motivation for me to be part of the Group.
