Jacques Frénéhard appointed Officer of the Legion of Honour

The Frénéhard & Michaux Group is delighted to share with you a moment of pride and recognition: the awarding of the insignia of Officer of the Legion of Honour on Saturday 4 October to Jacques Frénéhard, Chairman of the Group’s Supervisory Board.

This award, presented by Dr Pierre Petibon, Officer of the Legion of Honour, recognises a lifetime of commitment to French industry and regional development.

Under the honorary presidency of Véronique Louwagie, Minister Delegate for Trade, Crafts, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and the Social and Solidarity Economy, and in the presence of Hervé Tourmente, Prefect of Orne, Philippe Van-Hoorne, Mayor of L’Aigle, and Thierry Dufour, this ceremony, held at the town hall of L’Aigle, the group’s historic birthplace for 136 years, was an opportunity to recall our Group’s founding values: local roots, industrial commitment and a spirit of innovation.

Congratulations to Jacques Frénéhard on this distinction, which honours the history of Frénéhard & Michaux.
