Our Responsible Purchasing Policy
The Frénéhard et Michaux Group’s Responsible Purchasing Policy translates our CSR commitments into a multi-year purchasing strategy based on our three major challenges: securing our supply chain, reducing the environmental impact of our purchases and ensuring the competitiveness of our companies and partners.

Quality, Safety and Environment
The Group’s Quality, Safety and Environment approach is based on the ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, and on the continuous improvement of each company’s processes.
Quality
All our factories are ISO 9001 certified, attesting to the compliance and effectiveness of our customer management system in meeting the regulatory and standards requirements for our products and our organisations.
This certification reflects our desire to be transparent with our customers and partners. It testifies to the conscientious work of all our employees, who work hard every day, and is a guarantee of safety for our users.
Safety
Managing the safety of staff at our companies remains a priority and is part of our core company ethos. How could we be concerned about the safety of the users of our products if we weren’t concerned about the health and safety of our staff at work?
To take this a step further, and make our companies part of a more sustainable world, respectful of the environment and helping to reduce greenhouse gases, we are working on a CSR programme.
Environment
The Frénéhard & Michaux Group’s businesses are directly concerned by the challenges presented by environmentally-friendly growth. We mainly use steel and aluminium, materials that can be recycled ad infinitum. Every day, the Group’s various companies strive to limit the environmental impact of their activities, by controlling waste management, recycling and working to reduce energy consumption at our factories.
