THE FRENEHARD & MICHAUX® GROUP ACQUIRES THE ALTREX GROUP
The industrial group, Frénéhard & Michaux, a major actor in access and safe working at height solutions, as well as a long-standing player in roofing accessories has acquired the ALTREX® group, and thus pursuing its growth ambitions in the industrial sector relating to access and working at height activities.
The Frénéhard & Michaux group currently has a unique product offering for access and safe working at height, which falls under the TRUST AT HEIGHT® umbrella brand. These solutions are adopted by construction and industrial professionals who are committed to combining safety and productivity. Across all of its operating markets, the group’s product offering is marketed under the following brands: TUBESCA-COMABI®, SECURIGARD®, SYAM®, GAMESYSTEM®, SKYWORKS®, TENDO® et ARTUB®.
The ALTREX® group was established in 1950 in the NETHERLANDS; its main locations are in ZWOLLE (headquarter and factory), BORNEM (Belgium) and BARCELONA (Spain). For more than 70 years, the group has been designing, manufacturing and implementing access and working at height solutions for all Industrial and Construction sectors. A major player in the BENELUX, ALTREX also exports its products to more than 60 countries.
