Our HR commitments to driving our CSR strategy
At Frénéhard & Michaux, our Human Resources Policy is fully aligned with the commitments set out in our 2024 extra-financial report. We ensure that the human aspect, social responsibility and sustainable development form the cornerstone of our strategy. In practical terms, this means an ambitious training policy, support for the career growth of our employees, the promotion of diversity and equal opportunities, and a respectful and safe working environment.
1. Remote working
Ensuring the well-being of our employees remains one of our priorities, and we do everything we can to help these men and women reach their full potential on a daily basis. Our vision of remote working is a win-win situation for both company and employee. That’s why we offer a remote working scheme that can be considered and adapted to suit each position, enabling our employees to find a harmonious work-home life balance.
2. A dynamic and unifying induction programme
When they join the Group, each employee enters an induction programme to help them learn about the services offered by their own company or by other Group companies. An induction check-in, regular discussions with their local manager and an induction day for all newcomers together are arranged to provide the best possible support for each new employee.
3. The Gender Equality Index
Our know-how and expertise are always focused on people, one of our key assets. Each employee contributes to our collective performance and the complete satisfaction of our customers. This Index is used in all French companies with more than 50 employees.
4. Diversity
We believe that each person is unique and important. We value differences and believe in equal opportunities for everyone, everywhere. To this end, the Group encourages diversity within its teams and strives to create an inclusive culture where every employee is valued for his or her varied knowledge, skills and experience.
5. Skills development
