Gamesystem®, founded in 1979 in Montbonnot-Saint-Martin (38), has a turnover of €12.5 million and employs 115 people in France, Spain and Italy. For over 40 years, it has been designing, manufacturing and installing fall protection solutions for industrial buildings and installations. It is also a training organisation in working at height safety.

An operation with multiple benefits for both entities

“This acquisition strengthens the Group’s expertise and its value offering based on the concept of HEIGHT WITH CONFIDENCE®. In addition to the many standard solutions that we offer, GAMESYSTEM® will enable us to expand our range of adapted or customised solutions, particularly in the industrial sector. This also enhances our range of services for all of the Group’s customers.” Bernard Rothan, Chairman of the Frénéhard & Michaux Group

The acquisition of a stake in our company by Frénéhard & Michaux, a family-run group aligned with our values, will enable us to boost our growth both in France and internationally, by strengthening our collective protection solutions. Proud of this new affiliation, we are going to adopt the Frénéhard & Michaux Group’s visual identity and quickly adopt our new logo. “Arnaud Cuny, Managing Director of Gamesystem.

This transaction will enable Frénéhard & Michaux to strengthen its position in order to accelerate its growth and diversify its activities, aligning perfectly with its current strategy : to offer solutions that meet the needs of professionals, at all levels and at all heights.
