With more than a quarter of its turnover generated outside of France, and particularly in Europe, it is driving its international development goals by strengthening its presence and activities in Spain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>With operations in France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy, <strong>the Fr\u00e9n\u00e9hard &amp; Michaux Group now offers &#8211; under the HEIGHT WITH<\/strong><strong>CONFIDENCE\u00ae <\/strong><strong>concept &#8211; a unique range of products for accessing, moving around and working at<\/strong>height. These solutions (<em>ladders, light individual rolling platforms, scaffolding, guardrails, lifelines, anchoring points, mobile anchoring systems, harnesses<\/em>) have been adopted by professionals in the construction and industrial sectors, who aim to ensure both safety and productivity, and they are marketed under the TUBESCACOMABI\u00ae, SECURIGARD\u00ae, SYAM\u00ae, SKYWORKS\u00ae, TENDO\u00ae and ARTUB\u00ae brands.<\/p>\n\n<p>After acquiring a majority stake last June in Grenoble-based GAMESYSTEM\u00ae, a specialist in solutions to protect against falls from height, the Group is continuing to expand through acquisitions, with the incorporation of Spanish company MA ESTRUCTURAS, a scaffolding rental and services company with a solid reputation in its market.<\/p>\n\n<p>Founded in 2010, <strong>MA ESTRUCTURAS is a family business with a turnover of \u20ac2.2 million and 30 employees. <\/strong> Based in Madrid, MA ESTRUCTURAS <strong>offers scaffolding hire and installation services for technical work sites.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The company operates mainly in the capital for the renovation market.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em>&#8221; <\/em><em>With this new investment, we are strengthening our presence and expertise in the Spanish renovation market, as well as in the emerging construction market. We have a close relationship with MA ESTRUCTURAS, which has been using our TENDO solution on its various work sites for many years. So it was only natural that we should approach a company that is recognised in its market and offers the high-quality services that meet our standards. All of the companies in the Fr\u00e9n\u00e9hard &amp; Michaux Group (Fr\u00e9n\u00e9hard, Securigard, TUBESCA-COMABI, FMS Ringue, Skyworks, Tendo, Artub, Roy, FM TSN, FM Merlet, Syam and GAMESYSTEM) share the same industrial tradition, extensive materials expertise in aluminium and steel, and view of the height at work arena (scaffolding and ladders, roofing accessories, fall protection and guardrails).
