At Fr\u00e9n\u00e9hard & Michaux, our Human Resources Policy is fully aligned with the commitments set out in our 2024 extra-financial report. We ensure that the human aspect, social responsibility and sustainable development form the cornerstone of our<\/strong> strategy. In practical terms, this means an ambitious training policy, support for the career growth of our employees, the promotion of diversity and equal opportunities, and a respectful and safe working environment.<\/p>\n\n

1. Remote working <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ensuring the well-being of our employees remains one of our priorities, and we do everything we can to help these men and women reach their full potential on a daily basis. Our vision of remote working is a win-win situation for both company and employee. That’s why we offer a remote working scheme that can be considered and adapted to suit each position, enabling our employees to find a harmonious work-home life balance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

2. A dynamic and unifying induction programme <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When they join the Group, each employee enters an induction programme to help them learn about the services offered by their own company or by other Group companies. 3. The Gender Equality Index <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
